Choy Sum And Beef Rice
Ingredients:
Sliced, marinated flank beef
Water
Choy sum
Ginger
Chicken broth
Light and Dark Soy sauce
Oyster Sauce
Salt
Corn starch
Prepartion:
1. Slice flank beef and marinate with salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon of water.
2. Wash choy sum and cut into 1 1/2" long.
Directions:
1. Boil water then put in choy sum for about 30 seconds. Take out let drain.
2. Heat up pan with oil. Add in 2 slices of ginger and sauteed beef.
3. Add in 1/2 cup of chicken broth, 1/4 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster, a dash of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of dark soy sauce.
4. Add in vegetable.
5. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch and 1 teaspoon of water together.
6. Add cornstarch mixture into choy sum/beef sauce. Stir.
7. Serve over rice.
