Curry Chicken Rice
Ingredients
1 pound of Marinated Chicken parts
2 medium potatoes
1 small onion
Smashed ginger and garlic
Curry powder
Water
Oyster Sauce
Soy sauce
Corn starch
Water
Preparation:
1. Cut potatoes into cubes. Boil potato until half cooked..cut in cubes. --2 med
2. Slice onion.
3. Marinate the chicken parts with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
4. Smash the ginger and 2 garlic.
Direction:
1. Sauteed onion for 30 seconds then set aside.
2. Boil potato until half cooked. Drain and set aside.
3. Cook the chicken until half cooked with the smashed garlic and ginger in wok.
4. Add in 2 teaspoons of curry powder. Sauteed. Add in 2 cups of water.
5. Put in potato.
6. Add in 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, and let it boil on medium flame until chicken and potato are soft.
7. Add in onios.
8. Mix 1 teaspoon of corn starch and water together to thicken the sauce.
9. Mix in the corn starch mixture. Stir.
10. Serve.
