Fried Pork Chop Noodle
Ingredients
Pork Chops
Chicken Broth
Choice of soup noodle
Vegetables* (optional)
Directions:
1. Season pork chop with salt and pepper overnight.
2. Use chicken broth for the soup base and boil.
3. Boil any noodle of your choosing until cooked. Boil vegetables if you choose.
4. Sprinkle pork chop with corn starch on both sides.
5. Heat up oil to deep fry pork chop for about 8 min.
6. Serve over cooked noodle and soup.
