Shrimp And Lobster Sauce Rice
Ingredients:
De-shelled shrimp (about 12)
1/4 cup of ground pork
3/4 cup of chicken broth
Salt
Sugar
Sesame oil
Water
Corn starch
Egg
Directions:
1. Heat pan with minced garlic and oil. Sauteed pork until cooked.
2. Add in shrimp. Sauteed.
3. Add in chicken broth.
4. Add in 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil.
5. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch and 1 teaspoon of water together. Add into the sauce and stir.
6. As sauce thickens, add in scrambled egg. Stir until egg is mixed well.
7. Serve over rice.
