Oyster Sauce Chicken
Ingredients:
5 whole chicken wings
Oil
Ginger
Oyster Sauce
Sugar
Preparation:
Cut the 5 whole chicken wings so you have wings and drumsticks in separate pieces. So you should have a total of 10.
Direction:
1. Heat the pan with oil. Pan fry the chicken wings on both sides until brown and crispy.
2. Add in 3 slices of ginger until crispy.
3. Add in 1 1/2tablespoon of oyster sauce and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Sauteed.
4. Serve.
